When Is It Time To Go Fishing?

In Texas, we usually do not get too much snow, however we have received a decent amount of ice and snow over the month of February. Although I like snow and winter a lot, it can get a little strenuous when it is 70 degrees in February and then the next day it is 20 degrees with ice and snow...literally. That is one thing about Texas, the weather can change so fast and rapidly.
I have been pretty excited about going fishing this year, but haven't really had good weather to go wet a line. My family's dog Pup seems to be just as excited too, as he always gets hyper when he sees his MTI Adventurewear Underdog life jacket. I thought it would be fun to let him run around in the snow with it on for a little while, and boy did he have fun.
