Are you still searching for a good gift for the outdoorsman or outdoorswoman in your life? Here are some great ideas at various price points!
Sabre Pepper Spray Gel (Under $15)
Personal defense items are a hot topic right now, and pepper spray is a great item to carry around. I carry Sabre Pepper Spray Gel with me in my backpack, cupholder, or sometimes just in my pocket. It is a great item for women, people who travel, and so much more.
Anker 10,000mAh Power Bank (Under $30)
A portable power bank is a great item for nearly anyone. Whether you are a college student on the go, someone that works and commutes a lot, or someone that likes to hike and have backup power ready to go. This device will charge a phone a few times, a smart watch, flashlight, or GPS communicator. I’ve had this power bank for about two years now, and it has worked great!
Bubba 7.5 Inch Fishing Pliers (Under $40)
Having a good set of pliers for fishing is important. It can really make a difference when you are unhooking a big bass, cutting braided fishing line, or pulling a hook out of your hand if something should happen.
Coast XPH30R 1000 Lumen USB Headlamp / Flashlight (Under $50)
Want one light to serve nearly any purpose you have? The Coast XPH30R packs an incredible 1000 lumens and can be a headlamp, detached and used as a flashlight, or attached to a metal surface with the included magnetic base.
You can read my review of the Coast XPH30R here.
Pelican Ruck R40 Case (Under $75)
I like to use the Ruck R40 case when I’m on the water and need a spot to store my phone, keys, and maybe a flashlight and power bank. The Ruck R40 is a great choice!
NOCO GB50 1500 AMP Portable Jump Starter (Under $150)
Jumper cables are great to have, but you have to have someone else around to utilize them. This portable jump starter will get you out of a bind if you happen to leave a light on, have a bad battery, or need to help someone else out.
You can read my review of the NOCO GB50 here on trail4runner.com.
Garmin Instinct Solar GPS Smartwatch (Under $300)
Having a high quality GPS watch that can track your workouts, hikes, mountain bike rides and so much more is a really nice thing to have. I have used a Garmin Instinct Solar for the past year and have been unbelievably impressed. The tracking accuracy, navigation features, battery life, and ruggedness of this watch make it perfect for the adventurer.
Garmin Forerunner 945 (Under $500)
Do you want a watch that has everything the Instinct Solar has, but with a bit more flash and glamour? Check out the Forerunner 945 from Garmin. It pretty much has all the features of the Forerunner 945, but a color screen, wireless payment capabilities, more navigation features, built in music, and so much more!
Hopefully these give you some good ideas for a gift if you haven’t found the right one yet! Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!
